ASE Gaming Controllers and Accessories Return Policy

At ASE Gaming we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may wish to return your purchase. As such, we have the following return policy in place for all controllers and accessories.

Return period: You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason. Please note that the costs for returning the goods are at your expense. The return period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the article.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories and documentation.
  • For products that are damaged or incomplete upon return, we reserve the right to make a partial refund corresponding to the condition of the product.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or does not match what you ordered.

How to report a return:

  1. Please contact our customer service via retour@asegaming.nl to register your return. Please state your order number and the reason for return.
  2. You will receive instructions for the return shipment and a returns form that you must complete and enclose with the product.
  3. Please return the product to the address provided by us.

Refund: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your original payment method will be credited within 14 days of confirmation.

Defective or incorrectly delivered products: If you have received a defective product or an incorrectly delivered product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours via retour@asegaming.nl . In such cases, we will cover the costs for the return shipment and you will have the choice between a replacement product or a full refund.
