Shipping times:

  • Ordered before 4:00 PM: Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day, Monday through Friday, and are expected to arrive tomorrow.
  • Ordered after 4:00 PM: Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be included in the shipping days count from the following day.

Business Days: Our shipping days include Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery location. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery area: We ship within [specify delivery area, e.g. all of the Netherlands, Benelux, etc.]. For orders outside of this area, please contact our customer service for possible options and shipping costs.

Order Confirmation and Tracking: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
